Cyclo Extruder Drives have been specifically designed for screw drive extruder, engineered into a compact package and optimally designed for Single Screw Extruders with wide range of screw diameter capacities. Optimized thrust bearing for each size. Longer low speed shaft bearing span reduces mounting face deflection than the competition. More compact, universal style housing with fewer parts, weight reduction, high standard reduction ratios, multiple options available to customize as per customer requirements including motor adapter, adapter flange and auxiliary shaft for tachometer, larger screw diameters, cooling coil, oil cooler unit and mechanical capacity available.
